Carol Vorderman, who rose to fame on Countdown, revealed she had been rushed off her feet in recent months. The BBC Radio Wales host has had a jam-packed schedule making various appearances up and down the country.

The 60-year-old explained that constantly being on the move was beginning to take its toll.

Taking to Instagram, the age-defying beauty appeared fresh-faced as she spoke to the camera with sunglasses wearing while sipping on a hot beverage.

The mum-of-two shared a candid video where the presenter explained she was now feeling the lasting impact of her work after barely being home.

In view of her 188,000 followers, she began: “Cheers. Happy Monday morning. Right, I’m going to admit something now.

“I was a little bit out of sorts this morning.”

Carol went on: “I think I’m just knackered if I’m honest. For two months I’ve been spending a different night in a different city, a different hotel, different bed.

“You can only do it for so long can’t you.”

She continued: “Anyway, I thought I’d get a bit of fresh air. I went around the woods for a little bit and now I’m by the bridge.

“Some people know it as the Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol. I know it as my bridge.”

“Happy Monday,” Carol signed off.

The BBC broadcaster later took to her Instagram stories where she put on an eye-popping display.

The presenter stunned as she showcased her curves in a tight-fitted dress.

The TV legend showed off her toned physique as she beamed for the selfie shot.

Carol captioned the post: “Off to give a little speech #Bristol.”

The images come after the TV personality gave her fans a rare insight into her family life by posting a picture of herself and her son Cameron.

Her youngest son, who has learning difficulties, recently graduated from University.

Carol shared that Cameron, 24, graduated with a master’s degree in Animation and VFX after successfully receiving a first-class undergraduate award last year.

She detailed the struggles that her son had overcome in his early education as he attended a special school and worked hard to successfully attain two degrees.

The BBC Radio Wales host explained: “I didn’t want him to grow up with labels,” before saying that there were “early signs” of her son’s learning difficulties.

The presenter added that while her eldest child Katie King, 30, was able to “learn the alphabet easily” Cameron “couldn’t retain information”.
