Lauren Goodger has been seen taking baby daughter Larose on her first outing, weeks after giving birth.

The 34 year old gave birth to her first child with boyfriend Charles Drury, 23, on 20 July, later sharing her name and exclusive photos with new magazine.

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Lauren has now been seen enjoying a stroll with her bundle of joy.

Lauren opted to wear a navy blue two piece Adidas tracksuit for her walk, covering up with a black leather jacket and wearing nude Nike sliders on her feet.

Lauren looked deep in concentration as she tapped away at her mobile phone – finding time to fit in a selfie.

Her brunette hair was scraped away from her face, with a clip loosely placed at the back as she donned a pair of oversized sunglasses.

She took to Instagram to share clips from her walk, with baby Larose seen sleeping in her black pram, wearing a top that says "Purr-fect like mummy."

The cute outfit also features animations of characters from The Aristocats under the text.

Prior to their walk, Lauren revealed to fans in an Instagram Q&A that she gave birth to Larose while standing up.

She told how she went into labour four days early, giving birth three days early.

Lauren had previously exclusively told OK! of her surprise labour: "I just didn't expect she was going to come early. It's mum life now. It's not about me any more – it's about her.

"I had a natural home birth with no drugs and the midwife said she'd never seen someone give birth so textbook, the way I did.

"I had a bit of gas and air, which we ran out of and they had to go to hospital to get some more but I was in my zone and I did it. From my first contraction to giving birth, it was seven hours.

"I'm really proud of what I've done and I really feel like I've achieved something amazing and it was the perfect end result to a good pregnancy."
