Shaken Love Island star gets phone stolen as shes mugged on walk home from gym

Love IslandstarEve Galehas revealed that she was mugged as she walked home from the gym on Monday night.

The 23 year old who appeared on the popular reality show alongside her sisterJessin 2020, says that the experience has left her feeling shaken.

As she made the journey home after her workout, her phone was snatched out of her hand by the thief.

Luckily, however, the thief was caught by onlookers who passed him on to the police and Eve was reunited with her phone.

Jess took to her Instagram stories to tell fans what had happened, writing: “The past 24 hours [face palm emoji].

Last night walking back from the gym alone Eve got mugged & they stole her phone. Been in Apple for ages today trying to get back into her accounts.

“Just as she was about to buy a new one, police rang saying they’ve found it [prayer emoji]

“Guys who watched it happen chased this guy down and brought him to the police. So thankful for them.”

This comes just days after fellow ex-Love IslanderAmber Daviesrevealed thather car had been broken intolast Friday evening.

The reality TV personality turned West End actress, 25, shared a photo on social media of her 4×4, showing the back right window smashed and the doors appearing to be unlocked.

The gutted star took to her Instagram Stories and wrote a sarcastic caption: “Happy Friday.”

And in another episode of bad luck, ex-Islander Georgia Townend wasrushed to hospital on Monday after slicing through her thumb.

The reality TV star was terrified as she couldn’t stop the bleeding at home, prompting her to go to A&E.

Speaking to her followers, the 28 year old said: “I hate going to the doctors, hospital, A&E etc, feel like I’m wasting their time but I’ve sliced my thumb right open and it’s been bleeding non stop for quite literally hours.

“I have grown quite attached to it over the years so rather it didn’t fall off.”

Georgia, who has a degree in food and nutrition, told fans that she was at the hospital for the “foreseeable” and urged them to send “help, send hugs, send patience.”

In a later update, she added: “Four hours later, all bandaged up.”
