WITH the weather finally turning cold, it’s time to dig out those thick winter jumpers, scarves and hats.

Luckily one fashion fan has shared an easy way to tie those big blanket scarfs – and it helps them stay in place.

Jill, known online as @lifeandstylej, regularly shares fashion styling tips with her 148,000 followers.

In a recent Instagram reel, she shares her hack for tying your blanket scarf into a neat knot.

She starts by folding the scarf in half and placing it behind her neck.

Jill then pulls one part across her body and through the other end of the scarf.

She then pulls the loop around her neck and twists it, before pulling the other end of the scarf through.

This creates a knot, keeping it in place around her neck and stopping it from sliding out of place.

Fans loved the clever hack, with the video gaining more than 7,500 likes and 564,000 views.

In the comments, Jill’s followers thanked her for the idea, with one writing: “How to finish a week without your cool tips. Have a great weekend!”
