Alison Hammond, 46, first won the heart of the nation when she appeared on the 2002 series of Big Brother.
Due to her warm personality and strength of character, the reality show acted as the gateway to the star becoming a presenter on This Morning, a role she has been in since 2003.
Alison also popped up on popular show Celebs Go Dating, alongside Amy Hart, The Only Way Is Essex legend Amy Childs, Made In Chelsea's Olivia Bentley, Hollyoaks actor Malique Thompson-Dwyer, TOWIE's James Lock and EastEnders star Dean Gaffney.
Since being on the show, viewers saw the This Morning host enjoy a successful meeting with Ben Kusi as they clicked over a pottery date.
The star was then pictured beaming and holding hands with Ben too whilst out enjoying a lunch with her potential new beau, posing the question of whether she has already found love on Celebs Go Dating.
Whilst appearing on the show, Alison also admitted to "falling in love" with TOWIE star James Lock. Speaking on This Morning, she revealed how James had called her his “perfect girlfriend” as she gushed over the hunk.
The TV personality formed a "special connection" with James while they appeared on Celebs Go Dating together on the lookout for love.
Speaking to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on the This Morning sofa on Monday 2 March, Alison opened up about their relationship and shared her feelings over Lockie.
And it seems the feelings were reciprocated on James’ side as she added: “He did say one thing to me, he actually said: ‘Alison you’re my perfect girlfriend, personality-wise‘,“ she said before bursting out laughing.
Yet Alison has proudly flaunted the fact that she's single – and very much happy being so.
Alison revealed to OK! that she “loves” being single and doesn't have time to date at the moment.
During an exclusive chat with us, the TV star said: “I love being single. I like having time to do what I want to do. I struggled with the whole date night thing. I could never find the time!”
But who has she been linked to previously? Here we take a look at the hilarious star’s past relationships.
Although Alison ‘married’ Dwayne The Rock Johnson in a fake ceremony on television, she previously had a legally-binding wedding to Manchurian cab driver, Noureddine Boufaied. The couple went on to have a son together, Aiden, before divorcing.
Alison lives with her son in her home city of Birmingham. Speaking to The Sun in 2018 about whether or not she would star in a reality show again, she also highlighted the difficulty of balance as a single parent, stating: "I have a 12-year-old son at school, and he's at a very impressionable age.
Who is on the Celebs Go Dating line-up and who are their exes?
"For his sake, I don't think it's fair for me to go on Big Brother, because I'd probably trip myself up now. I'm older and wiser now, I was 27 when I went in there and don't take no flack no more. I know he wouldn't want me to do it. There aren't any reality shows I'm doing.
"I'm concentrating on This Morning and being a parent. Trying to find that balance is hard, sometimes I don't get it completely right. I have got a 12 year old son and I do want to be there for him. It's just trying to get that balance.”
Alison met security guard Jamie online in 2014 and their romance quickly blossomed.
Speaking of the relationship at the time, a source told The Sun: "They went out on a couple of dates and really hit it off. He’s a security guard, which suits Alison fine. She may be a celebrity, but she’s incredibly down to earth and doesn’t have any airs or graces."
Another insider added: "Alison is always talking about her boyfriend and will tell everyone everything about him. She is hilarious and pretty out there with the detail she goes into."
Alison was quite private when personally asked about her love life in interviews, initially telling reporters: "It’s early days so I’m not going to talk about that."
However, in an exclusive chat with OK! magazine in 2017, Alison revealed that the relationship was over, saying: "We split up. It's the worst news ever. It was really recent and I'm a bit gutted about it.
"You never know, we might get back together, but I'm not feeling it at the minute. I don't think I want anyone else now, I feel really sad.”
Who is Alison dating now?
Alison is currently believed to be single.
The star discussed dating in lockdown and told Notebook in April: "Right now, being single is the worst but dating in lockdown is not my thing."
Discussing dating apps, she added: "I’ve been there and done it. I’ve had a boyfriend from a dating app and I’m really not into them any more.
"Especially during these times, you can’t even meet up with someone and I don’t just want to be doing loads of messages.
"I’d rather meet someone naturally."
