Mariska Hargitay revealed that she recently broke her knee, fractured an ankle and suffered a torn ligament.

The “Law & Order: SVU” star, 57, did not explain how she injured her legs, but she assured fans in an Instagram post on Wednesday that she will not need to undergo surgery.

“#ThatFeelingWhen, you go to the doctor, get an MRI and find out that you have a broken knee, a hairline fracture in your ankle, and a torn ligament. It’s always a good idea to go to the doctor. Immediately,” she wrote.

Hargitay, who clarified that the mysterious accident “did NoT happen at work,” shared a picture of herself standing in front of a hospital wearing a cozy sweater along with a knee brace on one leg and an ankle brace on the other.

“Great news is I don’t need surgery🙏🏻 💃🏻,” she added. “#YouShouldSeeTheOtherGuys 😜  thanks for all the love folks!”

She also included several hashtags in her caption: “#ListenToYourBody #TrustTheExperts #StayStrong #InOtherKneeNews #BustingPerpsWithBustedKnees #BraceYourself #NotTheBeesKnees #TheQueenBeesKnees.”

Several of the actress’ famous friends took to the comments section to wish her a speedy recovery.

“I still got my Game Ready Ice compressor machine from Groundhog Day if you need it. Perfect condition. My gift to you. Really helps. Get you back on the set in no time,” wrote Hargitay’s former “SVU” co-star Andy Karl, who suffered his own painful injury while performing in a musical in 2017.
