Josh Duggar's critics 'demand he go to PRISON' as his child pornography trial is just days away

JOSH Duggar's critics have "demanded that the reality star should go to prison" as his child pornography trial is just a few days away from starting.

Josh, 33, has been getting prepared for his upcoming trial, which is scheduled to take place on November 30th.

He will head into the courthouse for the child pornography charges from his arrest back in April.

If convicted, he could receive up to 20 years in prison with fines reaching $250,000 for each count.

The oldest son of Jim Bob, 56, and Michelle Duggar, 55, has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Recently, Josh and his wife Anna, 33, were spotted in a video from the local news station  KNWA as they walked hand in hand into the courthouse

According to the outlet, Judge Timothy L. Brooks discussed a “walkthrough of elements and components of the trial” in Josh's upcoming case during the meeting.

The Arkansas judge decided that an evidentiary hearing should be held first before jury selection for the trial commences.

The couple appeared at the hearing without their seven kids: Madison, Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus, Meredith, Mason, and Maryella.

With the section page stating "11 days to go," Reddit users have already petitioned for the Counting On alum to be found guilty and receive his prison sentence as they started counting down to his court date.

One Reddit user wrote: "Unfortunately, his trial will not be on tv but having watched another trial with a former, god I hate this term "reality star" who was convicted.

"How I wish I could see that but alas I cannot. I will have to read the reports from the local newspaper online instead."

Another Reddit user said: "The only time I’ve ever been happy to see Pest’s smug face has been these 12 days of “pest gets the slammer” Christmas!"

A third Redditor pointed out: "Jury selection is part of the trial. The trial is tenuously "scheduled" to go through December 3rd.

"This isn't a complicated case so the trial will only take a couple of days."

A fourth person added: "Only 11 days and the real world will start affecting Joshie's psychic."

A commentator noted: "I wish he would get 711 years."

Recently, at the pre-trial hearing in federal court, the prosecution mentioned Josh's father would be one of their proposed witnesses.

Jim Bob's reported involvement on the witness stand could possibly put a heavy cloud over his run for Arkansas State Senate.

Last month, he announced his candidacy for the Arkansas State Senate District 7 seat, according to the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

The Duggar patriarch promised he would not “shrink away” from politics despite his latest “family problems.”
