Loose Women star poses in a thong for a body confident snap – can you guess whose bum it is?
LOOSE Women star Saira Khan posed in a thong for a body confident snap as she urged fans to embrace their bodies.
The former pannelist stripped off for a candid photo and shared it alongside a snap of a model's bum shared by Victoria Beckham on Instagram.
Saira, 51, said she criticised her body when she saw the peachy bottom, but insisted that appearance isn't the key to being happy.
The mum-of-two shared: "When I saw this photo online it triggered in me insecurities I’ve had about my own backside most of my life.
"That is until I turned 50 and started to unpick all the brainwashing I’ve been subjected to over the years by magazines, fashion, music videos and now social media.
"But I wanted to share this comparison photo of my scarred, dimpled, uneven toned covered in stretch marks … to show women that we must not look at other women and feel inadequate about our own.

"I look (at that) bum and think, you look fab girl, good on you. But because mine does not look anything like hers, I do not feel inferior, second best, a failure or the need to change it."
Saira ended her post saying: "Empowering and supporting women for me is a life mission.
"I have a daughter and I do not wish her to go through her life wit 'body hang ups' like I did, just because I did not look like the 'woman in the magazine!'"
The opionated TV star insisted she supported women changing their physical appearance to boost their self confidence.
Though she admitted: "There are many women who just can’t afford facials, injectables massages etc – I was one of those women for many, many years.
