Naked Attraction fans shocked over bizarre moment nude stars walked imaginary dogs

Channel 4's Naked Attraction is unconventional at the best of times, with viewers who often like to be shocked and enjoy gasping at the naked bodies and X-rated confessions.

However, even the most desensitised fans of the unusual late-night show were left baffled by events on Thursday's (September 23) episode of the reality dating series, in which contestants have to get naked and perform tasks.

Dog handler Nico was searching for the perfect partner and hoping the nakedness would help with the choice.

But bizarre scenes followed as the nude contestants appeared in their illuminated pods. Host Anna Richardson and Nico watched the headless hopefuls dance naked and pretend to walk imaginary dogs.

The singletons even had the right dog-walking equipment including leads and dog collars which they demonstrated to a watchful Nico – all they were missing were actual dogs.

Dog groomer Gemma was selected by Nico in the end but sparked a backlash when she showed off an extremely racy book trick in a restaurant.

Gemma got up from the table halfway through the date, place her hands inside her top and clapped her breasts together loudly causing a stir in the restaurant.

One baffled viewer said: "How on earth is there another series of Naked Attraction. This show is mental! How do these people get back to their day jobs after doing this?"

The dating programme was launched back in 2016 and, for those that haven't seen the show before, it works on the premise that an instinctual physical attraction to a person can be just as powerful as any personality.

The show tasks a clothed contestant to choose two naked people from a lineup of six, whose bodies and faces are gradually revealed in incremental stages from the feet upwards.

In a public casting call shared by Channel 4, the show said: “Do you fancy testing the power of Naked Attraction?

“In this daring dating series potential couples are able to see each other in their naked glory from the very off, and producers Studio Lambert are looking for adventurous singletons to take part in a new series.

“Are you up for…naked dating?”

All contestants must be over the age of 18, but Studio Lambert did confirm they are an inclusive production and any body and every body is welcome to participate.
