Two men scrap at McDonald’s drive-thru after row over queue-jumping
A video shows part of a shocking fight at a McDonald's drive-thru in which one man was said to be punched in the face.
The row escalated violently in front of families with children on Saturday, November 21, in Tamworth, Staffordshire, BirminghamLive reports.
In the clip, recorded from inside a car, two men square-up and start to throw punches at each other.
The person filming then bursts out laughing as the men continue to fight, and the clip ends.
It is alleged a man was punched in the face at the drive-thru by another man after he was accused of jumping the queue.
Both of those involved were said to have ordered food and left the scene.
A witness said: "I was laughing it as it was complete stupidity.
"All that over a burger? It is ludicrous."
Staffordshire Police confirmed: "We are appealing for information about an assault that took place at the McDonald’s drive-thru on Watling Street, Tamworth, on Saturday evening.

"We received a call at about 5.55pm after reports a man had been punched in the face while queuing to use the drive-thru ordering service.
"The attacker – a male described as in his 40s, 5ft 11ins in height and of a large build, wearing jeans and a jacket and driving a Land Rover Discovery – claimed the victim had jumped the queue.
"He reportedly approached the victim before punching them in the face.
"Both the victim and the attacker then made their orders when it was their turn and left the scene.
"Anyone with any information should message Staffordshire Police on Facebook or Twitter quoting incident number 532 of November 21, call 101 or alternatively contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
A McDonald’s spokesperson said: "An incident occurred at our Tamworth, Watling Street restaurant last Saturday and we continue to assist the police with their ongoing enquiries."
